Chynoweth
& Associates, Inc. is a family owned and operated business that was
originally founded in 1981, that has grown from the 
Idaho, allowing us to be involved and certified to appraise real estate in four western states.
In
addition to our Real Estate Appraisal/Consulting business, we are also
actively involved in construction and development of single,
multi-family, commercial and industrial properties throughout the
northwest. This line business has led us to numerous other small
businesses, like us, who have joined together as a synergized
association to serve our broad range of clients. Those other services
include business valuation, environmental studies including remediation
of contaminated properties. We are also qualified as expert witnesses
in the states of Idaho and Washington. We enjoy the opportunity to have
